1.Purpose
1) China Resources Mixc Lifestyle Limited ("CR Mixc Lifestyle" or "the Company" "We") committed to safeguarding the rights of all employees and workers in the supply chain at every stage of our operations.
2)The Company refers to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, the "International Labour Organization's Core Conventions," the "Universal Declaration of Human Rights," the "International Bill of Human Rights," the "Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact," the "United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights," the "ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work," as well as policies such as the State Council of China's "Regulations on the Prohibition of the Use of Child Labor" to formulate this policy.
3)This policy applies to CR Mixc Lifestyle and its subsidiaries, and encourages all partners and suppliers to adhere to this policy.
2.Diversity, Equality and Inclusivity
• Employees of CR Mixc Lifestyle have equal human rights and dignity, and discrimination or harassment based on differences such as race, ethnicity, religious beliefs, gender, social identity, status, physical health status, or sexual orientation is prohibited;
• Ensure compliance and fair employment, and implement equal and diverse employment policies;
• In recruitment and promotion processes, always provide equal opportunities for work, and the selection, appointment, employment, and retention of employees should be based on the company's development needs, job position standards, and the employee's work ability and character, and every colleague or candidate should be evaluated objectively and fairly, without discrimination based on gender, age, race, ethnicity, religious beliefs, social identity, status, physical health status, sexual orientation, or other factors.
3.Prohibition of Forced Labor and Illegal Employment
• Strictly implement the "Regulations on the Prohibition of the Use of Child Labor," prohibit the employment of child labor in any business and supply chain, and commit to not assigning work that may endanger the health or safety of employees under 18 years of age;
• Prohibit the coercion of employees to work under the threat of punishment;
• Prohibit the public disclosure or transmission of employees' personal privacy information to unrelated third parties without consent.
4.Working Conditions and Social Security
• Strictly comply with the "Labor Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Labor Contract Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Minor Protection Law of the People's Republic of China," and other legal requirements to fully protect the legitimate rights and interests of employees in aspects such as recruitment, promotion, resignation, working hours, compensation and benefits, privacy, etc.;
• Strengthen employee care, conduct employee engagement and satisfaction surveys in a timely manner, and improve employee satisfaction; provide employees with annual health check-ups, free labor protection supplies, and psychological counseling;
• Establish employee communication mechanisms featuring multiple online and offline channels, providing employees with opportunities to speak freely through trade unions, workers conferences, forums and other means, and we also collect employees’ opinions in the form of emails and phone calls;
5.Talent Development
• Improve the talent training system, establish an employee learning platform, support employees in obtaining skill improvements through training participation, and enhance employees' competitiveness in the workplace;
• Smooth the channels for development, implement a dual-track system of positions and ranks, and provide employees with career space and growth opportunities for self-actualization through internal competitions, job rotation, talent exchange, and other methods;
• Emphasize the cultivation of managerial and technical talents, incorporate leadership and skill development into training programs, encourage all employees (including part-time employees)to understand and participate in these development opportunities, and provide training content that meets the needs of employees at different levels;
• Support employees in continuously improving themselves through external learning, encourage all employees (including part-time employees)to obtain job-related qualifications, engage in continuing education, and degree programs or certifications.
