1. Purpose
1) China Resources Mixc Lifestyle Limited ("CR Mixc Lifestyle" or "the Company" "We") place great emphasis on health and safety. We committed to providing a healthy and safe environment for all employees, customers, tenants, supplier employees, and visitors. The company adheres to the "Labor Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Occupational Disease Prevention Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Safety Production Law of the People's Republic of China," and other relevant laws and regulations, establishing a comprehensive health and safety management system and formulating policies for health and safety management.
2) This policy applies to CR Mixc Lifestyle and its subsidiaries, and requires all partners and suppliers to comply with this policy.
2. Policy Content
The company occupational health management is included in the EHS target responsibility letters of various units. All relevant parties, including suppliers, are required to comply with our health and safety policy, and the employees of the relevant parties are also included in the supervision scope of the company's health and safety policy. The specific measures are as follows:
• Improve safety awareness: release the Safety Training Management Regulations and formulate EHS responsibility goals every year, ensuring that EHS management requirements are communicated to every employee, and all employees of the Company sign the EHS responsibility statement. Employ third-party training institutions to carry out training on regulation update and fire control management for safety management personnel, and achieve 100% completion rate;
• Annually assess the implementation of EHS management matters, including recordable EHS incidents and significant safety hazards. Establish a clear reward and penalty mechanism for safety responsibilities to enhance the safety awareness of management personnel. The assessment results will be linked to the compensation and performance of CEO;
• Actively apply the EHS information platform and the intelligent fire control centralized control platform, and adopt the kitchen automatic fire extinguishing system, kitchen fire separation system and other safety precaution technologies, so as to continuously improve the Company’s safety management level;
• Standardize the emergency management of production safety accidents in units at all levels of CR Mixc Lifestyle, improve the emergency plan system, enhance the scientificity, pertinence and effectiveness of the emergency plan, improve the ability to deal with risks and prevent accidents, and reduce the occurrence of accidents to the greatest extent;
• Publicize occupational health and safety training every month;organize scientific drills to prevent accidents in advance, thus minimizing the impact of accidents;
• establishes an annual inspection plan to regularly assess the health and safety performance of our own operations and those of relevant parties, including suppliers. Monthly safety supervision and inspection are conducted to promptly identify and address any potential hazards, follow up on corrective actions, and control the occurrence of safety production incidents.
