1. Purpose
1) Green development is a key theme for China Resources Mixc Lifestyle Limited ("CR Mixc Lifestyle" or "the Company" "We"). We actively respond to the national strategies for green and low-carbon development, focusing on reducing the environmental impact.
2) This policy applies to CR Mixc Lifestyle and its subsidiaries, and encourages all partners and suppliers to adhere to this policy.
2.Addressing Climate Change
• The company establishes a top-down sustainable development governance structure, sets up a leading group and office for carbon peak and carbon neutrality, and reports climate change-related issues to the board of directors;
• Setting reasonable carbon emission targets, planning a carbon neutrality implementation path. We have established the "Dual Carbon" management overall goals of "achieving carbon peaking by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2050." We have set 2021 as the base year for Scope 1 and Scope 2 carbon emission activities, committing to reach the peak of Scope 1 and Scope 2 carbon emissions by 2030 and to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050;
• By 2030, the carbon emission intensity per unit of managed area for Scope 1 and Scope 2 will decrease by no less than 16% compared to the base year, with an average annual decrease of 1.2% from 2023 to 2025, and an average annual decrease of 0.8% from 2025 to 2030.
3.Resource Use Management
• Establish a data collection mechanism for resource use in all company projects, set reasonable resource management goals, and ensure their long-term implementation;
• Actively promote the transformation of facilities and equipment, introduce environmentally friendly new technologies, and enhance resource efficiency;
• Actively promote the concept of green building, focus on the use of green materials and renewable energy in building functions, and promote energy-saving construction, reduce pollution emissions, and promote the recycling of resources;
• Incorporate the creation of green shopping malls into company operations, and promote the integration of safety, health, and environmental protection concepts with business;
• Implement green and paperless office practices in all company office areas, creating a green office environment;
• Cooperate with relevant organizations to carry out environmental protection publicity among customers, consumers, communities, and employees to raise awareness of resource management.
4.Waste Management
• Strictly comply with national laws and regulations on waste and emissions management, and strive to reduce the generation of waste and emissions at the source;
• Identify and count all types of waste and emissions related to company operations, and ensure that harmless and potentially harmful waste is managed in a proper, responsible, and transparent manner;
• Cooperate with local government departments to guide customers, tenants, and property owners to classify waste correctly, and raise environmental awareness among all personnel;
• Strengthen communication with suppliers, tenants, partners, and other stakeholders to encourage them to minimize the generation of waste and emissions in their daily operations.
